企业团队精神该怎么培养吗?

保安公司是一个为了完成共同使命而组建的团队。只有全体成员都对企业使命有明确的共识并愿意为共同的目标努力奋斗,这个企业才有望成功。
Security company is a team set up to accomplish the common mission. Only when all members have a clear consensus on the mission of the enterprise and are willing to work hard for the common goal, the enterprise will be expected to succeed.
A、什么是团队精神
A. What is team spirit?
“团”是军队编制中的一个基本战斗单位。作战部队唯有在指挥官正确指挥下精诚团结, 对完成的使命抱必胜的信心而奋勇战斗才会获得卓有成效的战果。
The regiment is a basic combat unit in the army establishment. Only under the correct command of the commander, can the combat troops achieve fruitful results if they fight bravely and sincerely with confidence that they will succeed in fulfilling their mission.
把这种争取集体成就的精神引伸到企业中来鼓舞全体员工为赢得市场竞争优势而努力工作的精神称之为“团队精神”。它所包含的意思很明显,希望企业的全体成员要团结得象一支有纪律、有战斗力、有明确奋斗目标的部队,为获得企业发展荣辱与共。
The spirit of striving for collective achievements is extended to enterprises to encourage all employees to work hard to win market competition advantage, which is called "team spirit". The implication is obvious. B、“团队精神”的实现

每一个企业都有它的价值观。而企业的价值观是由成员们知道企业的价值在于干什么的共识构建起来的。最基本的共识源于每个成员对各自利益的认可以及每个成员知道自己应该把什么事情做好,从而建立起共同的立场。
Every enterprise has its own values. The values of enterprises are constructed by the consensus that members know the value of enterprises lies in what they do. The most basic consensus comes from the recognition of each member's own interests and the fact that each member knows what he should do well in order to establish a common position.
这就是“团队精神”的基础举例来说,一个加工工场的价值在于能为大企业加工制造品质优良的配件并由此获得利润,同时还能因为不断提高自己的生产经营能力而发展壮大。
This is the basis of "team spirit". For example, the value of a processing factory lies in that it can manufacture high quality accessories for large enterprises and make profits from them. At the same time, it can also develop and grow because of its continuous improvement of its production and operation capacity.
因此每一成员必须知道,为达到这个目的自己应该做好什么事情并且也清楚地知道,作为企业的优秀员工不仅能得到合理的报酬而且有提高技能获得升迁的机会:同时对于同事和老板所得的利益表示赞赏而无妒嫉之心。
Therefore, every member must know what he should do to achieve this goal and know clearly that as a good employee of an enterprise, he can not only get reasonable remuneration, but also have the opportunity to improve his skills and get promotion: at the same time, he appreciates the benefits of colleagues and bosses without jealousy.
由此可知,要使你的企业具有优良的“团队精神”就要从树立企业价值观做起,并使员工们取得共识。
