㈠说话要文明亲切
A talk should be civilized and cordial
说话文明,通常是指说话要干净、庄重,没有粗俗不健康的习惯。和低他人的词语,用语文雅通俗。

第一:说话用语要恰当,使对方听起来有亲切感,保安队员要根据不同的服务对象、不同的环境、不同的事情、不同的性别、年龄、待征,适用恰当的词汇和语言,比如向中、青年客人打招呼,启用"同志"或"先生、小姐"这个语言词汇称呼,就比"喂"或"叔叔、阿姨"亲切恰当。对宾客问到某一单位在什么地方,在自己也不清楚的情况下,如果简单地回答"不知道"宾客就会扫兴,假如换成"对不起,我也不知道,帮你打听一下行吗?"这样的回答结果同样是不知道,只是说法不一样,后一种说法就会令客人感到亲切与热情。

第二:说话要注意表情,说一句得体的话加一个合适的表情,往往能使语言啬感染力,有时说话虽然平淡,但表情丰富,也能收到好的效果,所以保安队员在和宾客说话时应该面带笑容,这就是能表示对方是受了欢迎的,不能口头上说"您好"或"欢迎光临"而面部上却表露一副很不高兴的样子,或者心不在焉,这样给客人的印象就不会很好了。

第四:说话多用褒义语言,杜绝贬意词语,如对老年人要称"大爷""大妈""大伯""大娘""奶奶"而不能叫"老头子""老太婆"对少年儿童应称"小朋友"而不能称"小鬼"对个头高或矮的人不能称"高佬"或"小矮子"对体态丰满或瘦弱的人,不能称"胖子"或"瘦仔"等,用词一定要注意褒贬之分。
